April 16th, San Juans Rando Update

Harness/Via Ferrata will not be required gear for this year's course, but all category courses do still include a bootpack. Initial course setting is complete, final maps will be available at registration at Pine Needle Mountaineering.

The southern San Juans snowpack is solid and allowing us to include some good skiing.
